Why it was recalled
CCM Hockey U.S. is recalling FMHVR Hybrid Visors and ACCHVR Replacement Visor Accessories because the visors can crack upon impact, posing a risk of injury from laceration or impact hazards. The recalled visors are marked "HVR" at the top of the metal plate and have serial numbers beginning with "M/L" or "S/M"; the replacement visor accessories have serial numbers beginning with "SR".
