These collapsible adult bed rails pose a serious entrapment and asphyxiation hazard because they violate the mandatory federal safety standard and lack required hazard warning labels. Users can become trapped within the rail or between the rail and the mattress. The affected models are HFK-5115, HFK-5116, and HFK-5124.
