Why it was recalled
These Zen-branded magnetic ball sets consist of four textured, 1.24-inch diameter silicone balls in silver, light brown, tan, and bronze. The sets are sold in a round, zippered case, which may feature a white Gordon Sinclair logo. The magnets violate the mandatory federal toy safety standard and pose a severe ingestion hazard to children, as they can cause intestinal perforation, blockage, or blood poisoning if swallowed.
