EVLWZL and Gunugu Mattresses

EVLWZL and Gunugu mattresses are recalled for violating federal flammability standards, posing a serious fire and injury risk.

Consumers must cut the mattress label containing the model information and email a photo of the cut label to the firm to verify destruction.

Why it was recalled

These mattresses fail to meet the federal mandatory flammability standard, posing a risk of serious injury or death from fire. The affected products are 10 and 12 inches thick, sold in twin, full, queen, and king sizes, and feature a black top and sides. Consumers can identify the products by the "EVLWZL" label on the front side or the "WG/P Foundation" label sewn onto the mattress cover.
