Why it was recalled

These gray high chairs feature a metal frame, metal legs, a tray, and a cushioned seat cover. They are being recalled because they lack a required crotch restraint, posing a fall hazard, and present an entrapment hazard where a child's head can become caught between the seat and the side of the chair.
