LFTE USA recalls Playground Swing Set Seats (Model 999604) due to rivet failure posing a fall hazard to children.
If you are a playground operator or facility manager with affected swing sets, stop using the swings immediately and contact LFTE USA or the playground manufacturer for replacement seats or repair instructions.
Why it was recalled
The rivets used to support the swing seat can fail, posing a fall hazard to children.
Where it was sold
Miracle Recreation Equipment and Little Tikes Commercial nationwide from January 2025 through September 2025 for between $80 and $95. The swing belt seat was only sold directly to playground manufacturers and not to individual consumers.
