Why it was recalled

Kmaier is recalling its infant walkers because they violate the mandatory federal safety standard. The walkers can fit through a standard doorway and fail to stop at the edge of a step, posing a deadly fall hazard for infants. The recalled walkers are pink, green, or white with a tray, fabric seat, and round six-wheel base, adjustable to nine height levels.
