Why it was recalled

Branch is recalling height-adjustable ergonomic chairs manufactured between September ​10, 2025 and April 22, ​2026. The backrests of the chairs can detach, posing a fall hazard to consumers. The recall applies only to chairs with backrest anchors that were incorrectly installed at the time of manufacture.
