Shenzhen Jinhe Trade Co., Ltd., dba Mystic ZO, is recalling JINHEZO Mini Waterproof LED Tea Lights because the button batteries can be accessed easily by children, posing an ingestion hazard. When swallowed, the batteries can cause serious injuries, internal chemical burns and death. The recall was announced by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission on August 20, 2026. The recalled tea lights are clear with a white base, about 1 inch in diameter and 1.14 inches tall, and come in a pack of 24 lights with 48 coin-cell batteries. They were sold online at Amazon.com from March 2024 through July 2026 for between $16 and $20 per pack. The product violates the mandatory safety standard for consumer products with button cell and coin batteries, and the packaging and product lack the warnings required under Reese's Law.
