Panasonic is recalling model NB-G200 electric toaster ovens due to shock and fire hazards from insufficient power cord insulation.
Immediately stop using the recalled toaster ovens and contact Panasonic for a free repair or a full refund. Consumers should cut the power cord in half and email a photo of the cut cord to the company to receive the remedy.
Why it was recalled
Panasonic is recalling electric toaster ovens due to a risk of shock and fire. The power cord insulation may be insufficient because a protective fiberglass sleeve does not adequately cover the cord. The affected model is NB-G200.
