Petzl is recalling 10+ models of ASTRO and CANYON GUIDE harnesses due to a D-ring defect that poses a serious fall hazard.
Immediately stop using the recalled harnesses and contact Petzl America for a free inspection and repair or replacement.
Why it was recalled
Petzl America is recalling 10+ models of ASTRO BOD FAST, ASTRO SIT FAST, and CANYON GUIDE harnesses due to a defect where the D-ring can release, posing a risk of serious injury or death from a fall hazard.
