Why it was recalled

The canopy hardware on these chandeliers can break if installed at an angle on a vaulted ceiling or sloped beam, causing the fixture to detach and fall. This recall includes 48-inch and 60-inch diameter models sold in natural, sun-bleached, and black finishes.
