Why it was recalled
SHEIN Distribution Corporation is recalling Spiral Toys, spinning toys with stackable colored platforms and yellow plastic balls featuring a bear head or bull head. The toys violate the small ball ban because they contain small balls and are intended for children under three years, posing a deadly choking hazard.
