CPSC recall,

The Conqueror Avengers Infinity Gauntlet Medals

The Avengers Infinity Gauntlet Medals have high-powered magnets that may detach, posing a deadly ingestion hazard to children.

What happened

The Conqueror, also known as Actionary Limited, of New Zealand, recalled the Avengers Infinity Gauntlet Medals because they violate the mandatory safety standard for magnets. The high-powered magnets may detach, posing a deadly ingestion hazard to children.

When swallowed, the magnets can attract each other or other metal objects and become lodged in the digestive system, which can result in perforations, twisting, and/or blockage of the intestines, blood poisoning and death. The firm has received three reports of the magnets detaching.

The medals are gold, with colorful gems on the front, and come in a black package marked “Marvel Avengers” with Marvel Avengers artwork. They are part of the Avengers virtual challenge series, and customers must have completed the Infinity Gauntlet virtual challenge on the Conqueror App to receive one. The medals were sold online at theconqueror.events and through The Conqueror App from March 2026 through May 2026 for about $50. About 476 units are affected.

Consumers should stop using the Avengers Infinity Gauntlet Medal immediately and contact The Conqueror for instructions on receiving a full refund or a replacement medal.
