Why it was recalled
The recalled Concord 360 Degree Rechargeable Light-Up bike helmets fail to meet federal safety standards for retention and positional stability. These helmets may not protect the user during a crash, posing a risk of serious head injury or death. The affected helmets are size large (L), fitting head circumferences of 22.8 to 24 inches, and were distributed nationwide.
