Boon PIVOT toddler tower step stools are being recalled due to tip-over and fall hazards that pose a risk of serious injury or death.

What to do

Immediately stop using the recalled toddler towers and contact TOMY International for a full refund. Consumers should destroy the product by unscrewing the platform and cutting the fabric standing surface, then email a photo of the destroyed product to recall@tomy.com to receive the refund.
