Immediately stop using the recalled toddler towers and contact TOMY International for a full refund. Consumers should destroy the product by unscrewing the platform and cutting the fabric standing surface, then email a photo of the destroyed product to recall@tomy.com to receive the refund.

The Boon PIVOT toddler tower kitchen step stools can tip over while in use, posing a risk of serious injury and death from falls. The affected stools are made of metal and plastic, measure 22 inches wide by 23 inches deep by 35 inches tall, and feature the brand name "boon" on the top rail.
