What happened

Everything Sprouts, LLC, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, recalled Calco branded Alfalfa Sprouts and several sprout mixes because the sprouts may be contaminated with STEC E. coli and/or Salmonella. The recall was announced on August 22, 2026, and added to the FDA's Enforcement Report on September 14, 2026. The affected products include Alfalfa Sprouts, Crunchy Protein Sprout Mix, Robust Radish Mix, and Zesty Garlic Mix, distributed in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
