What happened
Lexunder Inc., doing business as Food To Live of Brooklyn, New York, recalled Food to Live brand green powder products on August 7, 2026, because they have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and other.
The products include Organic Algae Powder Mix, Organic Supergreens mix, Organic Wheatgrass Powder, Wheatgrass Powder, Organic Spirulina Powder, Organic Moringa Leaf Powder, Kale Powder, Organic Kale Powder, and Organic SuperGrass Powder, with various package sizes. The products were distributed to numerous states and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
