Why it was recalled
Fresenius Kabi is recalling Glycopyrrolate Injection, USP, 1 mg per 5 mL (0.2 mg per mL), along with Lidocaine HCl Injection, Naropin, and Xylocaine products, due to the presence of particulate matter (hair) found in the product.
