Why it was recalled
Fresh & Ready Foods LLC is recalling Fresh to You Burger Chicken Fillet Deluxe with Bacon sandwiches and Fresh to You Burger Chicken Fillet sandwiches because raw breaded chicken patties were inadvertently used in the ready-to-eat product, posing a risk of Salmonella foodborne illness.
