Fresh & Ready Foods LLC is recalling Fresh to You Burger Chicken Fillet Deluxe with Bacon and Fresh to You Burger Chicken Fillet sandwiches because raw breaded chicken patties were inadvertently used in the ready-to-eat products, posing a risk of foodborne illness due to the potential presence of Salmonella. The products were sold only to employees at certain businesses' breakrooms.
