Why it was recalled

Lidl US is expanding its recall of Eridanous Shortbread Cookies to include all units with foreign language packaging that lack English ingredient lists, nutrition facts, and allergen declarations. The affected products are Eridanous Shortbread Cookies with Chocolate Truffle Coating & Apricot Filling and Eridanous Shortbread Cookies with Apricot Filling and Cocoa Topping with Coconut Sprinkles, both in 11.6 oz (330 g) boxes. Consumers with allergies to wheat, soy, milk, egg, or tree nut (coconut) risk serious or life-threatening allergic reactions.
