What happened
Sierra Nevada Cheese Company, Inc. of Willows, California, is voluntarily recalling all Graziers Raw Milk Cheese currently in the market because of potential contamination with Escherichia coli O26:H11 (E. coli O26:H11). The products were distributed nationwide through distributors, retailers, and direct customers.
The recall began on September 24, 2026, and was announced by the company on September 28, 2026. It was added to the FDA's Enforcement Report on October 8, 2026.
