Why it was recalled
Asian America Trading, Inc. is recalling approximately 996 pounds of ready-to-eat fish skin products made from Pangasius fish because they were imported from the People's Republic of China, which is not eligible to export ready-to-eat Siluriformes products to the U.S. The recalled products are 50-g plastic bag packages of 'CRISPY FISH SKIN CRACKERS, SALTED EGG', 'FISH SKIN CRACKERS, SPICY FLAVOUR', 'UN CHI CRISP FISH SKIN, Wasabi Flavour', and 'UN CHI CRISP FISH SKIN, Laver Flavour'. No illnesses have been reported.
