Why it was recalled
Blackwing Organic Meats beef and pork products produced April 2024–March 2026 were produced without federal inspection and may bear false USDA inspection marks. Affected items include Organic Beef New York Strip Steak (5-lb box, 8-oz packages), Organic Ground Beef (10-lb box, 16-oz packages), Grass Fed Organic Beef Stew Meat (5-lb box, 8-oz packages), Organic Beef Steak Strips (5-lb box, 8-oz packages), Ground Beef (1-lb package), Ground Pork (12-oz package), and Boneless Center Cut Pork Chops (12-oz package). Uninspected products may contain undeclared allergens, harmful bacteria, or other contaminants.
