Altec Industries, Inc. is recalling certain 2025 AC Series Crane and DT Series Digger Derrick vehicles because the chassis lighting harness intended to prevent Altec installed lighting from overloading the chassis lighting circuit was not installed. This may result in a loss of power to the body lighting or trailer lights, increasing the risk of a crash.

The recall affects 134 vehicles nationwide. Altec will notify owners to inspect their vehicle for the harness. If the harness is missing, a repair kit will be provided, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 15, 2026.
