ARBOC is recalling certain 2025 Spirit of Equess, 2026 Spirit of Freedom, Spirit of Independence, and Spirit of Mobility transit buses. The wheelchair restraint retractors may fail to lock, which prevents wheelchairs from being properly secured and increases the risk of injury during transit.
