What happened
Aston Martin The Americas is recalling certain 2024 Valkyrie vehicles built with track suspension. In certain driving conditions, the seal within one of the brake master cylinders can deform, resulting in excessive brake pressure which can lead to overheated brakes. Brakes that overheat increase the risk of a fire. The recall affects 7 vehicles nationwide and was reported to NHTSA on June 3, 2026.
Aston Martin will replace the brake master cylinders, free of charge. Letters informing owners of the safety risk are expected to be mailed June 17, 2026. Additional letters will be mailed once the remedy is available, anticipated in November 2026.
