Why it was recalled

Blue Bird is recalling certain 2026 Vision and All American transit buses equipped with QRT-Deluxe and QRT-Max wheelchair restraints. The retractors may not lock, preventing wheelchairs from being properly secured during transit. An unsecured wheelchair can move and shift, increasing the risk of injury to passengers.
