What happened
Braun Corporation is recalling certain 2026 Ram ProMaster vehicles because the rear bench may have only two of four seat legs installed. As a result, these vehicles fail to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 207, "Seating Systems." An incomplete seat may not properly restrain an occupant, increasing risk of injury during a crash. The recall was reported to NHTSA on May 1, 2026, and affects 14 vehicles nationwide.
Dealers will install two additional seat legs, free of charge.
