Why it was recalled

Chrysler is recalling certain 2019 and 2023 Chrysler Pacifica, 2024 Ram 1500, 2024 Ram 2500, and 2024-2025 Jeep Wrangler vehicles. Contamination in the central vision processing module or improper programming may cause the rearview camera image to fail to display, reducing rear visibility and increasing the risk of a crash.
