Why it was recalled

Chrysler is recalling certain 2022–2026 Pacifica and Voyager vehicles due to improperly sealed seams in the right and left side curtain air bags, which may result in insufficient pressure retention. This defect increases the risk of ejection and injury during a crash and causes non-compliance with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) 226.
