Ford Bronco Transmission-Transfer Case Joint
Ford is recalling 2021–2025 Bronco vehicles for transmission-transfer case misalignment that may cause loss of drive power or rollaway.
What to do
Contact Ford immediately to have the transmission-to-transfer case joint inspected and realigned if necessary. Do not drive the vehicle if you experience loss of drive power or unexpected rollaway.
Why it was recalled
Excessive wear of the transmission and transfer case splines may result in a loss of drive power or vehicle rollaway, increasing the risk of a crash.
