Ford Bronco and Edge Accessory Protocol Interface Module
Ford is recalling 2021–2026 Bronco and 2021–2024 Edge vehicles; APIM overheating may disable rearview camera display.
What to do
Contact Ford to schedule service for inspection and repair of the Accessory Protocol Interface Module. Do not drive the vehicle if the rearview camera is not functioning.
Why it was recalled
A rearview camera that fails to display an image can reduce the driver’s view behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
