Why it was recalled

Ford is recalling certain 2019 Ford Mustang, Lincoln Nautilus, and Lincoln Navigator vehicles that were previously repaired incorrectly under a prior recall. The instrument panel cluster assembly may fail to function at start-up, resulting in a blank display that fails to show critical safety information like speed and system warnings. This issue causes the vehicles to be non-compliant with federal safety standards for controls and displays.
