Ford Ranger Sun Visor Wiring Harness
Ford is recalling 2024–2026 Ranger vehicles over sun visor wiring that may short and cause fire.
What to do
Stop using the sun visor and contact Ford immediately. Do not attempt to repair the wiring yourself. Ford will inspect and replace the affected wiring harness at no cost.
Why it was recalled
Damaged wires can create an electrical short and cause a fire in the A-pillar area, increasing the risk of injury or a crash.
