Forest River Recreational Trailer Shock Bolts
Forest River is recalling certain 2026 Riverstone, 2026 Cedar Creek, and 2024 R-Pod trailers due to incorrectly tightened shock bolts.
Owners should contact their Forest River dealer to have the shock bolts inspected and properly tightened or replaced free of charge. For more information, contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-642-3119.
Why it was recalled
Forest River is recalling certain 2026 Riverstone, 2026 Cedar Creek, and 2024 R-Pod recreational trailers equipped with Curt Touring Coil Suspensions. The shock bolts may have been incorrectly tightened, which can cause bolt heads and washers to detach and create a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.
