Why it was recalled
Honda is recalling certain 2017-2023 and 2025 CMX500, 2017-2023 and 2025-2026 CMX300, and 2025 SCL500 motorcycles because the handlebar lock screw may loosen and detach. A detached screw can lodge between the frame and stem, interfering with steering and increasing the risk of a crash.
