Lode-King Trailer Rear Impact Guard
Lode-King is recalling 2019–2026 SDG53-3, SDF53-3, and SDF50-3 trailers with defective rear impact guards that may not protect following vehicles in a crash.
What to do
Check your trailer's model number against the affected list (SDG53-3, SDF53-3, SDF50-3, model years 2019–2026). Contact Lode-King Industries for inspection and repair of the rear impact guard.
Why it was recalled
A guard with inadequate strength may not sufficiently protect a following vehicle, increasing the risk of injury during a rear end crash.
