Luxfer Canada Ltd. is recalling Unified Fine Pitch thread adapters, model EP-O-350-8-U5 (part number K0079). The O-ring recess may be incompatible with certain valve types, reducing O-ring compression and increasing the risk of hydrogen leak and fire.
