Why it was recalled
Mercedes-Benz is recalling certain 2023–2024 EQB 250+, 2022–2024 EQB 300 4MATIC, and EQB 350 4MATIC vehicles due to a high voltage battery that may fail internally and cause a vehicle fire while parked or driving. Owners should park outside and contact Mercedes-Benz immediately for a battery inspection and replacement.
