Why it was recalled
Nissan is recalling certain 2025-2026 Kicks vehicles due to a software error in the combination meter that may cause the screen display to go partially or fully blank. This failure to display critical safety information, such as vehicle speed and warning lights, does not comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 101 and increases the risk of a crash.
