Why it was recalled
Storyteller Overland is recalling certain 2024–2026 GXV Hilt recreational vehicles because the entry door position switch may fail to detect that the door is closed, allowing the steps to deploy unexpectedly while the vehicle is in transit. This increases the risk of a crash.
