Cumbor retractable safety gates (Model S5V2) recalled due to entrapment risk from gaps between gate and floor.
What to do
Stop using the gate immediately. Contact Aborder Products for a full refund or replacement. Do not attempt to modify or repair the gate.
Why it was recalled
The recalled gates violate the mandatory standard for expansion gates and expandable enclosures because a child's torso can fit through the opening between the gate and the floor, posing a risk of serious injury or death due to entrapment.

Online at Amazon.com in September 2025 for about $40.
