Johnson Health Tech recalls Matrix and Vision treadmills (12 models, 2007–2024) due to loose power cord fire hazard; free replacement cord available.

What to do

Stop using the treadmill immediately. Contact Johnson Health Tech or visit matrixhomefitness.com or visionfitness.com to verify your model and serial number and request a free replacement power cord with automatic locking-style plug. Installation requires no tools.
