Arch Studio tea kettles are being recalled because the handle can detach when heated, posing a serious burn hazard.
Immediately stop using the recalled tea kettles and contact Macy's for a full refund. Consumers should cut the handle off the kettle, take a photo of the cut handle and the underside of the kettle showing the model number, and email the photo to the firm to receive the refund.

The handle on these stainless-steel tea kettles can detach when heated, posing a serious burn hazard to users. The affected kettles have a 1.9-quart capacity and were sold nationwide.
