What to do
Stop using the baby gym immediately. Do not allow infants to use the product. Contact Mikario Trading or TikTok Shop for a full refund or replacement.
Why it was recalled
The recalled baby gyms violate the mandatory safety standard for infant support cushions because the floor mats can obstruct an infant's breathing, posing a serious risk of injury or deadly suffocation hazard.

Online at TikTok Shop from May 2025 through October 2025 for about $50.
