B. Braun Medical Inc., of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, recalled several custom trays, including the Cesk Harris Methodist, Cesk Northside Anesthesia Tray, Cesk Shands Jacksonville 20055717, BPSK Blockjocks Tray, NES1725KFXL Spinal Epid Closed Tip Cath, Cesk Riverside Health System, Lyndon B Johnson Hospital Spinal Epid, and Sesk Upmc Double Catheter Tray, after supplier Ferndale Laboratories, Inc. issued a voluntary recall of MASTISOL Liquid Adhesive due to potential cracking of the butyrate tubing, which renders the product unusable.
The recall began January 29, 2026, and was added to the FDA's Enforcement Report on May 29, 2026, with distribution in Alabama, Florida, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.
