Frutas y Hortalizas del Sur S.A., of San Carlos, Chile, recalled frozen GreenWise Organic IQF Blueberries 10 oz. on July 3, 2026, because the product may be contaminated with Escherichia coli O145:H28 (E. coli O145). The recall covers 3,640 cases, each containing 8 bags of 10 oz (284g) plastic bags, and was added to the FDA's Enforcement Report on July 15, 2026. The product was distributed in Florida.
