Chrysler Trailer Tow Module
Chrysler is recalling 2024–2026 Jeep Wagoneer S and Ram pickup/cab chassis vehicles over trailer tow module defects causing brake light and brake failure.
What to do
Stop towing trailers with your vehicle immediately. Contact Chrysler to schedule a service appointment for inspection and replacement of the trailer tow module at no cost.
Why it was recalled
Trailer brake lights and turn signals that do not illuminate reduce visibility to other drivers, increasing the risk of a crash. Additionally, trailer brakes that fail increase the risk of a crash.
