Fan-Tastic Vent Fan Lid
Dometic is recalling Fan-Tastic Vent Fans (6 part numbers) due to missing hinge pins that may cause lids to detach in transit.
Stop using the affected vent fan and contact Dometic Corporation for a replacement hinge pin or lid assembly. Do not operate the fan until the hinge pin is installed and the lid is secure.
Why it was recalled
Dometic is recalling Fan-Tastic Vent Fans (part numbers 9610007185, 9610007184, 9610007183, 9610007182, 9610007181, 9610007180) because the vent fan assembly may be missing a hinge pin, allowing the lid to detach during transit. A detached lid can become a road hazard and increase the risk of a crash.
